At We The People Pets, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in the freshest and highest-quality condition possible.

Shipping Schedule

We ship exclusively on Mondays to guarantee freshness. For your order to be shipped that week, please place it by 10:00 AM CST on Monday. Orders received after 10:00 AM CST will be shipped the following Monday.

We offer free shipping on all orders weighing 16 pounds or more! This is our way of supporting your commitment to your pet's health and nutrition.

We Will Never Turn Away a Pet in Need
We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may miss our Monday cut-off time. If you find yourself in urgent need of our dog food, we will never turn you away. We will still process your order and ship it, even if it's outside of our normal schedule. However, please note that orders placed after our cut-off time will need to be shipped overnight, which means additional shipping costs will apply.

Holiday Shipping Notice
For holidays like Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, we adjust our schedule to ensure quality:

No shipping occurs if a holiday falls during the week.

If a holiday is on a Saturday, we won’t ship the previous Monday.

If it’s on a Sunday, we won’t ship the following Monday.

Please be aware that we'll be taking a two-week break during Christmas and New Year's to ensure we continue providing the freshest products for your pets.
