Shipping Schedule
- Orders ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays for perishable items.
- Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. (CST) on a shipping day will be processed on the next shipping day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal volume.
Packaging and Handling
- Frozen Products: Shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to maintain freshness.
Important: Handle dry ice carefully. Do not touch it directly and store frozen items immediately upon delivery. - Freeze-Dried Products: These do not require refrigeration and ship in standard packaging without dry ice or insulation.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses only.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of some products.
Order Accuracy
- Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
- We The People Pet Supply is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
