Shipping Schedule
We are committed to ensuring that your pet food arrives fresh and in excellent condition. That is Why we WE ONLY SHIP FROZEN PRODUCTS ON MONDAYS. Orders must be placed before 10am on Monday’s (CST) in order to be shipped that Monday. Any orders received after 10am on Monday’s (CST) will ship the following Monday. Holiday Shipping Schedule, which includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day: If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will still ship that week. If the holiday is on a Monday, we will ship all orders Tuesday. If the holiday lands on Tuesday-Friday we will ship Monday using a carrier service to ensure delivery will be before the weekend.
Special Note for Western States:Â Orders to the western states ship only on Mondays Please ensure your orders are in before the 3 PM CST cutoff to ship the same day.

- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $189.00.
- Standard Shipping Rates:
- For purchases UNDER $75: $40.00 shipping fee.
- For purchases OVER $75: $25.00 shipping fee.
Local Pickup:Â Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our store location. Please contact us in advance to confirm your order and arrange a pickup time.
